Alumni Ambassadors serve as a vital bridge between veterans and young leaders exploring their future by connecting experienced military veteran leaders with students considering careers that serve their communities and nation. We help the next generation of leaders make well-informed choices about their future.

Through mentorship, storytelling, and shared experiences, veterans offer valuable insights into the challenges, rewards, and diverse career paths that helped shape their successful lives. 

The Alumni Ambassadors platform will empower veteran leaders with the skills and knowledge to help them mentor future generations and to educate and engage the public and local policymakers.

Our goal is to be a trusted resource for young adults, school administrators, and policymakers about the opportunities in the military and the positive contributions our veterans make in our communities. 

This national grassroots program was launched from American Legion Post 283 in Pacific Palisades, California, soon expanding to other American Legion posts and cities across the country.
